こちらも、仕事と報酬が欲しくて、そういった業務に飛び込んでしまうわけですが、そういうのに限ってやっぱりドツボにはまり、結局最後はほぼ徹夜で、大もとの補助金報告地方公共団体（大阪府とか福岡県とか）への報告書をつくる羽目になります。
みんな、そんな業者の社長のペースで仕事してくれると思っていると、社員も取引先も大事な協力業者も、いつのまにか離れていくことになりますね。
大本の発注元に対して、不満を言ったり言わなかったり、そもそもないフリをしたり。
そしていつの間にか心が離れていくのは夫婦や恋人関係にも似ています。
大体、そういった徹夜の残作業みたいなものにこそ、正統なる報酬を支払っていただきたいものですが、そういうことにお金が向くことはほとんどなく、当日のウェイウェイイベントでのお茶代とか、出演料とかに消えてしまうものです。
だいたい、そういう雨後の竹の子のような、キレの悪いイベント仕事に、そういった傾向が多いのではないかと思っています。
ですので当社は、その逆を行く、準備や片づけや最後の業務報告といった日の当たらない作業にこそ付加価値を見出し、そういったことにきちんとお金を払う発注主と末永く楽しく仕事をしていきたいなと願っているのです。
もともと仕事に100%好意とかないです。
